The spine, being our core structural support, has nerves that run near it, as well as many muscles, tendons and ligaments attached to or near it. Therefore, chiropractic promotes joint, soft tissue and nerve health by restoring our central mobility and prevents impingement and inflammation. The lack of mobility oftentimes leads to symptoms such as pain, numbness, tingling, burning, weakness, and swelling.

Our custom orthotics use 3D casting technology to capture the exact shape of your feet and are hand built by a team in a laboratory. This casting technique ensures high accuracy and therefore a proper, comfortable fit. The orthotics are made to fit in various types of shoes, including athletic, work boots, dress shoes, flats and high heels. Additionally, various lengths, materials and colours are part of the customization. Custom orthotics are particularly great for symptom relief in the foot, ankle, knee, hip and low back.
